My ice maker isn't making ice. It slowly made ice and now I have zero ice in bucket. The fill tube is completely clear but am not getting water to ice maker. I may good pressure going into valve. Supply tube is clear of debris. I ran the ice maker through a harvest cycle and received 118VAC to water inlet valve. I performed continuity test on the valve and received ~174 ohms. I could not locate ohm rating on valve. Since the valve reads below 200 ohms, would it be best to replace the valve? Would it recommended to replace ice maker and water inlet valve together?

"Service" light comes on every 48 to 96 hours. I have cleaned the condenser fins. The light is turned off by depressing two differenct buttons - 1 for 15 seconds and another for 10 seconds. The service company wants $350 minimum to fix the problem. We have a clean house with no pets and only two of us using the refrigerator. The unit is 11 years old. Is there a less expensive solution? The unit, otherwise seems to be operating properly, but when the service light is on the temperature seems too cold and occassionaly freezes a refrigerated area.

I get a lot of water at the bottom of my refrigerator each morning and late at night. Could this be condensation or do I have a blocked line?

How do I use the brush? Do stick it in under the fridge along the coils (once I remove the toe plate in front, or what). I am afraid to poke something under there.
