I'm looking for a part for Bosch part #249276. On the page for your Part Number: AP4511159 there is a parts diagram. On that part diagram I need 4 of item #15. This is a dishwasher rack clip. Could you please tell me where I can find this part on your web site?

I thought I ordered one Bosch dishwasher and received another. I can't return dishwasher but want to get a different dish rack . This basket-crockery (MFG 249276) looks like the dish rack from the model I liked but when I try to check compatibility it seems to say it won't fit and gives dryer parts instead. Will this rack work with my dishwasher?

I need to replace the entire lower rack for Bosch model SHX46L15UC. What part do I need to order from you? I cannot find my model in your cross reference guide. I need the entire lower rack replaced for this model. In one area, the website recommends this part: Basket-Crockery Part Number: AP4511159 However, when I cross reference the model number at lower right, it says it isn't compatible.

The lower rack is rusting, but all the moving wheels and the silverware basket are fine. Do you sell the lower rack without all the moving wheels and silverware basket? What is the part number and cost? By the way, mine is white in color. Also, on the upper rack, the tines are rusting (the tines are detachable from the upper rack). Do you sell those as replacement parts? What is the part number and cost? They are also white. Thanks, Jeff

Need the lower rack for this Bosch Diswhwasher. The utensil rack sits within the rack 0 dead center front. The pics look like the utensil rack is either in the door or it is long and wide in the front. Please advise.
