I need a drain motor/impeller for this model. I don't need the assembly. Please let me know the part#, what it costs with shipping to Armonk, NY 10504.
Answer Hello Jacob, the impeller is not available separately. The manufacturer only provides it as an assembly 280187. Our shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 no matter how many parts you order. Thanks!
I need a drain pump. What part number and cost?
Answer Hello Paul. Based on the model number, 00436440 is the correct drain pump.
Hey - I believe I have a faulty pump. I checked all hoses for debris/clogs, cleaned out the trap etc and keep getting error code 03 (and water not draining out of the washer). Is this the correct pump for replacement?
Answer Hello Erik,
The 03 error code is a long drain. Disconnect the drain hoses and check for blockages. If no blockage "time" the drain interval. If it's more than 6 minutes it's the pump 00144489. Also make sure you're using the correct type of soap so the ball check valve on the bottom of the outer drum isn't getting fouled with excessive suds.
If the Carbon Brushes in the motor need replacing:
Take the back panel off of the washer. Unscrew the (green) ground wire from the motor and take off the belt from the lower wheel and the big wheel. Undo the big bolt on the (red) arm holding the motor. Undo the bolt from the backside of the motor to the right of the of number 3 and the motor will come right out now. Pullout the wire connectors from the motor so you are now completely able to spin the motor. Pull out the old carbon brushes and notice the angle of the end so when you put in the new one on that side it matches. It was tricky to get the spring to stay while I set the new clip but I used a flat head screwdriver to push on it. Put it all back the same way you took it off.
I need a washer drain pump.
