The plastic door (outside only) on our washer is broken. I want to replace it, but it's listed here as adapter door glass r. Don't know what r stands for, and is it made of glass?
Answer Hello Sarah! I do apologize for the confusion, the R is suppose to read ring. I'll have the description updated. The outer door glass, part number 134507401 is the correct part needed for your appliance. Thanks!
What is the P/N for the door rubber boot seal?
Answer Hello Roger! The bellow used on your model is part number 134515300. Thanks!
I'm purchasing a glass ring adapter part number AP3841410 and a new handle. How do I get the front panel off so I can get to the glass ring adapter. There don't appear to be any screws other than the latch and the handle?
Answer Hi David. Open the door. Remove the door hinge screws on the left (all 4 of them). Then you can lay the door assy. face down on a protected area and begin replacement. Start by removing the side screws that separate the inner and outer door panels. Lay all aside so as you know how to reassemble them. Take a cell phone picture to help. Use a black felt marker to mark directions of panels to assemble together correctly. You need Torx type screwdriver tips. Be careful of the door hinge assy. because of the plastic bushing placements. You will be able to un layer and insert the handle with the door glass assy. part # 134507401. Thank You.
