The washer isn't spinning on any cycle, however it agitates, and it seems that the bearing is locking up. If the transmission is jerked back and forth, it will unlock. Some of the bearings have popped out, and are laying on the laundry room floor. So I have purchased part #AP2131587, but there are no bearings in it. I need to know what the part number is for the actual bearings.

So washer makes a really loud thudding sound on the final spin. Neighbor says I need a new bearing..... Except I have no idea what the part number is that I need to order. Is this the right one that will fit my model? (AP2131587). Also, will replacing the bearing be all that I would need to replace to fix the loud thudding sounds? Thank You!

Our wasing machine is making a high pitched noise in the spin cycle. It is working but the noise is unbearable. We lubricated where we could. Belt looks fine.

There is a leak when the washer is filling up. I will replace the tub seal # AP2142342. The machine also makes loud noise on spin so I will replace the bearing. Is there any gaskets or anything else I will need to replace when I disassemble it? We live in Peru and only have a way to transport parts every 6 months. How often does the oil in the transmission need to be replaced? What kind of oil? Thanks! This is a great website!!!
