I have no water, ice or light at the door. I think it is a bad Dispenser Control Board. I was told that the Diode part number 5303918287 could be bad also and cause the new control board to fail soon. Could this be true?

My Ice Maker started shooting ice out of the door continuously. No one was pushing the button. Then it started a continuous stream of water out of the door. The only way to stop was to open the door. We have turned off the door portion so we could close the door. The lights were still working on the door, but wouldn't let us lock out the door. The ice maker still works just fine. We took the door apart and realized there are two computer boards and the connecting wiring harness. Any suggestions on where to start?

Whenever I get water out of the door, water is also sent to the ice maker causing overflow. I replaced the water valve and still have the same problem, so I'm suspecting some type of problem in the controls that tells both the water valve and icemaker valve to open when I actuate the water. What could be causing this? Thanks for the help.

When using the water in the refrigerator, it drips water for a while after releasing the lever. Also when the ice maker turns on randomly the water drips out. What would cause this?

My water dispenser has stopped working. All controls on the front panel works (the light comes in when I press the button); ice maker dispenses ice; when pressing the water actuator I get the normal sound, just no water. Filter was changed a few months ago. At first I suspected the control board - but it feels more like a water valve issue? What do you think?

Frigidaire Refrigerator - the cover for the ice/water dispenser falls off once in awhile - the ribbon broke on one of these times. I replaced the ribbon and all was well. Then, the cover fell off again, pulling the end of the ribbon that goes to the board connected to the frig out. I started to plug it back in without thinking to unplug the frig. The control lites flashed and I didn't get the plug all the way in before I remembered I should have unplugged the frig. Now when I plug the ribbon in nothing works. If I flip the end of the ribbon that plugs into the board on the cover in upside down the icemaker runs continously but nothing else works. Right-side up - nothing works. What is my next step? Thanks
