The broil function works, but the bake does not.The element is good. Is the clock /timer board the only control to oven I guess?

My board is out that controls the clock and oven and my question is if I order this part can I replace it myself or do I have to have a person that is experience in doing it?
Pebble for Model Number fef364dwb
Answer Hello Pebble. The clock 316557114 is not hard to replace. Disconnect the power and remove the back panel off the control panel. Next remove the screws securing the old clock. Install the new overlay 316419100 onto the new clock 316557114, make sure it is straight. Then, remove the wires one by one and install them onto the new clock in the correct location. Install the clock and reinstall the back panel. Connect the power and the job is complete. Hope this helps.

The clock works. When "Broil" button is pressed, the top element in the oven does not turn on. Instead, the bottom element turns on. Turns off when "off" button is pressed. The oven button turns on bottom element as it should. How do I fix this?

Ok I want to be clear. Both my oven and eyes are now not working and I know I am getting power to the stove, so if I put a new FRIGIDAIRE Clock/timer (Part Number: AP4499706) it should fix it? We have had lots of power going off and on this summer and I think it got it. The clock will come on but then back off and when you turn on anything nothing works it shows the oven comes on but nothing everything test good and I was told this part should fix it all. Any help would be good thanks.
Edward for Model Number fef364fsc
Answer Hi Edward. Usually with a clock control board with relays, it just controls the oven commands. Your top burners should work on 240vac. You need to remove power and remove the door. Take out the storage drawer . This will make it easier to pull the unit out. Unplug the unit. Remove the power and the terminal block cover. Make sure the cord is plugged in tight. Are you getting proper 240vac to the terminal block? Let us know as we can assist you further. Thank you.
