Quit running right before dry cycle after draining. Breaker is good. Does nothing with buttons or control knob.
Answer Hello Alan. You need to check and see if there is power coming to the control board on the unit. If there is power coming to the control board, and the unit does not come on, you will need to order and replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
The latch key is broke im unable to now get the door to open. Have any suggestions?
Answer Hello TC. Lift upward on the handle and door and jerk open to release from the strike. Then disassemble the door and replace the latch assembly.
