Answer Glen, the door spring is part number 154430501. To install you will need to uninstall the dishwasher and pull it out about 10 inches to access the springs. They are connected to the side of the tub and the door hinge and just pulls off. Hope this helps, thanks!

Answer Hello Rich! For a regular dishwasher door spring you will need 154430501. The heavy duty door spring for use when a custom panel door kit has been installed on the door use 154289301. You will need to contact our customer service at 1-877-477-7278 option 2 for a reshipment since you have received the incorrect part.
