I would like to know what type of repair kit (white) for my Jenn-Air under counter dishwasher. Many tines are rusting and don't want to replace racks as dishwasher is 9 years old and working now. I understand these appliances normally last 10 years.

Answer Hello Carol! GE does not offer a tine repair kit, that we know of at this time. You can try the white tine tips 675679 and touch up paint [AP305054] to repair the dishracks used on your GE dishwasher. These should work. Thanks!

Is this kit available in grey and will it work with GE gsd3400g00ww (i.e. will the tines fit)?

Answer Hello Mark! This kit does not seem to be available in a grey color. Your model does not supply a repair kit. There is a grey tine tip repair kit for Whirlpool dishracks, part number 676458 and the grey touch up paint 676455. We can guarantee the touch up paint will work on your unit, however, we will not be able to guarantee that the tines will fit. Thanks!

Someone knocked the heating element off its support causing it to melt through bottom of unit. Is it repairable to point of being waterproof since its plastic? Thought about using a 2 part epoxy or even fiberglassing if it will bond. Any help with an easy fix would be appreciated.

Answer Hello Derrill. In order to do a proper repair you will need to replace the tub assembly. You can try using epoxy, but it could leak. If you will supply the model number, we can look up the tub for you. Hope this helps.
