Answer Hello Chris. You will need to remove the hose from the tub to the pump and clean out the hose and pump. If it continues to make a noise, you will need to replace the pump 137108000. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello David. If the pump is good, you could have a bad door lock assembly 131763202. If it is not sending signal to the control board that it is locked, the machine will not spin. Hope this helps.
