I have a frigidaire professional side by side with digital control about 5 years old (problem#1 is I don't have the model number, someone peeled off the sticker. I got the part #'s off the controller and discovered there were two part numbers one front one back. This model had a board inside the control housing and I think it was 5303918340 from my research. I think the replacement part fits many models and includes a wire harness sensors, probes, fuses. etc. The control went out when my pure source 2 filter leaked water on it. The freezer side still worked for a few days then stopped too. I am wondering where the wires all go since the replacement seems to have a few more connections than mine does. My 2nd problem is would the compressor be damaged by running with the control removed because It is a bunch of money to just try and pray or save up for a new refrigerator. I hope you can give me guidence on this issue aince I have dine many car, dryer, water heator etc repairs successfully. All the .com companies say this is the one I need and some will take the part back and refund payment if repair does not work. Does your company accept returns?

My refrigerator is not getting cold and the freezer is barely putting out cold air. It does not seem like there is any air coming out of the vents in the fresh food side and the freezer. Can you help me?

I have recently purchased this for my refrigerator and I have noticed the new board is missing one of the connectors. The connector for the fan wire isn't on the part. I would need you to send the instructions on how to get this new part installed. Thanks

My freezer is not getting cold enough. I noticed the control panel displaying the freezer temperature as -6 degrees with the compressor shut off. I reset the power and the temperature jumps up to 30 degrees. Is this a control panel issue? I have already tried replacing the thermistor on the evaporator coils with no luck.

Both the freezer and the fridge on my side by side frigidaire would fluctuate. The fridge and freezer temp would climb to 50*C and then I'd have to turn it of for 8-10 hours in which time everything would go back to normal. This would happen every 10 days or so, now it has become more regular and happens every 2 days. I called a repair man he said the Temperature Control had to be replaced, the part would cost $259 and the labour approximately another 100$. So instead of paying him nearly 400$ I want to do it myself for cheaper, so I need to know, which parts do I need? Thanks, James

My refrigerator (Frigidaire Professional Series) stopped cooling but the freezer was working fine. I had a repairman to check it out and he found that the control board was bad. I ordered the dual digit control board and replaced it today. I replaced the wiring harness as well due to the beta upgrade. I plugged it back in and the freezer display is blinking "3". Can you please help me and tell me why the freezer display is blinking "3"? The refrigerator and freezer seem to be working now but I am concerned that may not keep being the case. Thank you!
