I have a Frigidaire Gallery freezer that is flashing a 'CE' error now...it had been flashing a 'd' error due to the seal not sealing correctly. The manual says that a 'CE' error requires calling a service technician. Is there a way to clear the CE error without calling a technician?

Freezer is forming ice on the inside of the top of the door from the handle side, on left, to the hinge side,on right. I see that some earlier questions involved using a hairdryer to reform the seal and/ or adjusting the door. Where can I locate those instructions? or do they only come with the part. The gasket is not torn and the suction is strong when the door initially closes. The gasket seems to "relax" after the vacuum pump shuts off. Thanks for your help and info.

I'm getting frost at the top of the door, on the right hand side. It starts about 12" from the corner and extends to the corner. Do I have a bad gasket or do I need to reshape it? Is there guidance out there to coach me along?

My gasket does not seal anymore. I see in your instruction to install, that you suggest using a hair dryer to help the gasket seal properly. Would this possible fix my current gaskets problem, or will I have to replace it for sure?

I purchased the upright freezer in '98 or '99. Can I still get a door gasket for the door? For about 6 months it was stored unplugged in a garage. A box was set on top of the freezer, and left an indention in the gasket on top of the door. Also, the door no longer does that "suction" thing, and make that suction sound when I close the door. Is the gasket the problem for that as well?
