The oven ignitor on our Frigidaire oven is not working and I was wondering if the broiler ignitor could be switched with the oven ignitor to get us by until we order a new ignitor for the oven.

The resistance will be the same so functionally, it will work, but the big question is the mounting and wiring configuration of the unit. It may mount but you should realize that some models will cycle the broil element on during bake. This may not produce satisfactory bake results.
