Dishwasher stops during cycles and start again, in the end the dishes are not washed, Seems to fill and pump out the water but stops and starts, sometimes it's awhile before it starts again.

Our dishwasher is no longer washing. Water seems to be coming in but not enough to spin lower spray arm. Water pressure and temperature are okay and parts are cleaned of debris. From what we have read in your questions, it seems we need a new motor kit. Are there any other parts we will need other than the kit? Thank you for your help.

I have observed water leaking from the interface between the motor and white plastic housing. I can't get a great view so I can't tell if it is a seal that can be replaced or if the entire motor kit must be replaced. For example: would just the seal part numbers 59 and 59a on the parts diagram need replacement, or in your experience is there another common failure mode? Does the motor kit come with the sump as shown in the picture? If the motor kit is ordered are there any other parts that will be mandatory to replace at the same time?

Water started leaking from under the unit. Have pulled the motor and everything looks okay except the ceramic-faced mechanical seal on the motor shaft - it has failed and is leaking. It appears to be part of the motor assembly (for ~$200). Can I just buy the seal?

Hi, I ran my dishwasher overnight, and woke up to it stopped in midcycle. It had a tub full of water, never reaching the rinse cycle. I replaced the timer and both thermostats. The door is latching properly, or it would not have started the night before. What am I missing? It never made any unusual sounds and always cleaned the dishes with no issues. Any help would be appreciated.

My dishwasher pumps out the water at the beginning of the start up, I think it runs to long but it does the job. It lets water in, but then it makes a HIGH pitch whine and does it through the whole cycle. If I open the door all I see is bubbles, I hear no splashing. After the whining stops it then drains then brings more water in. REPEAT Does this sound like an easy fix or get a newer model?
