What size is the center opening?

Answer Lorraine, the pan set 318536709 comes with a set of four pans. We do not have the exact opening measurements however, from the image it looks like the large has an opening of approx. 3 1/2" and the small has an opening of approx. 2 1/2. According to your model the replacement pans are part number 316011409, comes one per package. Thanks!
