My spray tower and lower spray arm doesn't fit securely in the bottom of the dishwasher. It tips over very easily. Also, should the filter just sit in the bottom of the dishwasher? I removed it to clean it and now the edges aren't completely flush with the bottom of the dishwasher. Hope this makes sense.

Does the Polypro filter fit under the upper edge of the Soil Director filter? Our Polypro filter has "caked" on residue of dish soap. Would that cause the dishwasher from not cleaning properly, it leaves food particules on dishes after the complete wash cycle.
