Clothes come out very wet when finished.I dont even smell the fabric softner anymore.Sometimes i can see soap in the drum at the end of its cycle. I did change the drain pump but still the same. I removed all the hoses and found no dirt or blockage. The belt seems to look good and tight. Should the drum pulley be flat or should it have grooves in it for the belt to ride in?

When the drum turns there is a large thumping sound. The faster it turns the faster the thumping noise is. We have replaced the belt. What could the cause of this be?

My washer is leaking from underneath where the transmission goes into the outer tub. I replaced the tub seal already and its still leaking. Could it be a bad outer tub bearing?

We recently completed a motor control board repair on our washer and noticed while the washer is spinning that the pulley seems to be bent or at least out of alignment. With the belt removed, there is no play in the pulley otherwise, and the drum spins freely and without additional noise or vibration. Must we replace the pulley to correct this, or is this an indication of something more serious?

Our problem is the belt keeps slipping off the pulley. If the pulley has already worn grooves into the tub, is it for sure going to cause the washer to leak? Our pulley is a little wobbley and we are going to replace it, but wonder if it will help. It is currently NOT leaking, but wonder is we should replace the tub or will it be okay?
