The wash machine will not discharge the water in the tub. It seems to fill Ok and aggitate Ok, and will not remove the water from the take. Do I need a pump, and where can I get instructions on how to repair and replace this pump?

Answer Hello Ron. First, unplug the unit and remove the two screws at the bottom of the front panel. Pull the panel outward and remove it from the washer. Next, access the hose going from the tub to the pump and remove it and see if the pump or the hose is clogged. If not, you will test for power coming to the pump assembly in drain mode. If there is power there, and the pump does not drain the water, you will need to replace the drain pump 131268401 on the washer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. We were getting an e21 code and opened everything up to find a couple of Shout Color Catcher wipes in there. Now we are getting an e75. Any idea what this could be by any chance? is it normal for one code to be thrown and once its cleared another code to come out like that? Thank you so much for being helpful! Answer Hello Tiffany. The is a water temperature sensor error. The sensor should read around 50 ohms. If it test bad, replace the water valve 134371220. If it test good, you will need to replace the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Need extractor pump because washer installation is 4 feet below sewer pipe. Do I need Sump also? Where do I find pump & maybe Sump???

I brought a kelvinator washing machine from saudi arabia. It was switched to 110 voltage. by mistake without changing the voltage to 220 I switched on. The motor now not working. What shoud I do for this which spare should be changed?

Answer Hello Kamal. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the motor. If so, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor. Our washer showes a code of E20 can you tell me what this means and what part I need to fix it?

Answer Hi Mark. E-20 is the drain hose is not pumping out water fast enough. Check the pump inlet and drain hose for any restrictions or blockage. Check the drain pump for restrictions stopping the impeller or allowing the impeller to spin on the pump shaft. The pump is part # 131268401. Thank you.

It will not go into the wash or spin cycle. Acts like it wants to but just makes a whinning sound. Would this be the motor or something else?

This washer has died (purchased 1997). I need to replace it with one the same size because it is located in a laundry closet with a matching Gibson dryer stacked on top. What is the size of this machine (4.2, 4.5 etc.) and what machine on the market today is closest to it. Thanks so much for the info.
