Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
In reference to previous question I asked, where is the pump located and how do you check it for being clogged?
Thank you, Debbie W.
Answer Hello Deborah. It is located inside the machine on the bottom panel. You will need to remove the back access panel to access the pump. Here is a link to the diagram page to see where it is located. You will want to check the filter located inside part number 41 on the diagram. Hope this helps. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=5155574&diagram_id=1259382

Hello, I have replaced my drain pump and still getting e20... I opened the door and put a gallon of water into the tub and it will pump that out but not spin or add water... I also can't get it to go into test mode nor can I reset the error.... HELP
With the E20 error code indicating that the water is not pumping out fast enough then you will want to double check the hoses for a restriction problem. Check the hose that goes from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump especially well as there is a check ball inside that something could be caught causing the unit to not drain fast enough.
My washer spins but it wont spin the water out so what could be causing it to do that?
Answer Hello Kim. You need to check and see if the drain pump is clogged on the unit and needs to be cleaned out.
My washer dose every thing but pumps the water out.
Answer Hello Joe. Check and see if the pump 137221600 is clogged and needs to be cleaned out.
My washer is leaking water water from the bottom when it drains. I need to order the part but I'm not sure what one to order. Can someone help me.
You will need to open the back of the unit or if there is a lower front panel, open this and run the unit to see if you can determine where the leak is coming from. It could be the drain pump or one of the hoses.
