Do you have 7 1/2" element burners for an old stovetop? I have no idea what the model is or how old.
Answer Hello Amy,
The standard size of elements for the surface burners have been 6 inch and 8 inch for years. You can try the 316442301 for the large element and 316439801 for the small element. The age of the unit does not matter. The model number is the only way wee can tell you for sure.
Is it possible to find a three inch burner replacement for a 1976 to 1978 Thermador (Norris) stovetop? Serial # 86120018. Striking out on the web. Thanks so much!
Answer Mickey, the model used a 6" element part number 486146 and 8" element part number 486168. Unfortunately, these items have been discontinued and are no longer available. Sorry about that!
Can I replace the surface elements for model MEF300PBDB with elements from another range? Unsure of what brand or model.
Answer Hello CEW! We can not verify that any other elements will work with your product other than what is supplied from the manufacturer. The 8" element is part number 316442300 and the 6" element is part number 318372210. Thanks!
Cannot find this model no. listed but if I could get a better look at terminals it would help. Know the rounder ones won't work. Can you help?
Answer Hello Shirley. 316442300 is the correct element and is the round style. You will need to replace the receptacle 5303935058 with the element in the unit. The old element has been discontinued.
