Washing machine leaking from under washer. Pulled off back to find what I think is part #30, level shock snapped off from bottom. The part I see on your site, looks s a liitle different. Are you sure it will fit, and do I need to change both, since they look different? Mine looks larger, and rounder.

I just opened my newly ordered shocks (part # 5304485917) and there's about 3/4 to 1/2 inch of play in each shock before there's any resistance. Is this normal? Also, there's a bit of fresh grease on the shafts. Thanks!

My washer will go through the first wash cycle and then won't do anything. If I manually put it on spin, it will spin. But it won't rinse or anything. I noticed that both shock absorbers are broken.

Washer shakes violently during early fast spin cycle, later during very fast spin it does not shake. The inner tub moves up and down when I test it. I was hoping to replace the shocks but am worried it might be the spider support. Would the inner tub move around from inside if it was just the shocks or is it more serious.

I drop the skirt to take a look and one of the vibration absorbers was broken off im Hoping thats it. some guy said there is a switch in the back as well but i cant see it. any ideas? Also the part that i have and the replacment part you guys have is differant does that matter for the Obsorber

My frigidaire washer makes a loud rattling noise during the final spin cycle, all readings says it may need bearings replaced. My question is if a bearing and vibration/shock absorber the same?

During the spin cycle the washer was loud and jumping. The next cycle the tub did not spin and a smell of rubber burning and slight smoke. Unpluged the washer. Ran a spin cycle only and tub did not spin. I am pretty sure the belt is broke now but what else? bearings?
