I need to know the height of this item. I am looking for the replacement drawer next to the bottom drawer that is approximately 8 inches deep. I have ordered this from other places and when I received it, it turned out to be the deli drawer only about 4 -5 inches tall. Please let me know if possible.

The model number of unit can be located normally on the right side upper wall of the refrigerator compartment or on the ceiling.

The very bottom drawer in unit for the refrigerator section is listed as number 27 and is part number 240351205. The upper crisper pan is listed as number 26 on diagram under shelving and is part number 240351005.

Answer Val, I found model number FRS26WQHW1 (model given missing the W after the 6 and before the Q). The upper crisper pan slides into the frame/cover part number 5304475373. Unfortunately, this item has been discontinued with no further replacements or cross references available and our company is unaware of any other available sources. Sorry about that!

How do you get the front fascia off to replace this part without breaking it?

Answer Hello Lori. Release the tabs on the side of the pan and remove the front fascia off the unit. It is best to let the unit come to room temperature to avoid cracking the unit as easy.
How do I remove the front panel off the middle drawer #450176 to install in pan storage without breaking it.

Answer Lori, The bin front, slides off and on the bin. They also "snap loc" into position, so you may want to have a putty knifr or small flatblade screwdriver handy to help un snap the locks from the bin. Good Luck and Thanks
