If the problem is the valve and I order a new one, does it come with the fittings that will work with my existing hoses or will this be an additional part I will need to order along with the valve?

Water leaks (sprays) from compression fitting on the water inlet valve at the most-right connector in the first photo above. when I use the door water dispenser and possibly when the ice tray fills. I have tried tightning the nut on the end of the hose, but that didn't help. The hose end looks alright and there doesn't appear to be any cracks in the valve either. How do I determine if it is the hose, connector or valve that is the issue? Which direction does water flow through this ports on this valve? My valve has threads and the hoses have nuts, how do the fittings on the new valve work?

Water runs out of icemaker. Would that be from water valve not shuting off at the right time, and causing it to run over?

I installed new Water filter and a new water inlet valve (242252702) ,but i'm not getting any water in my lines coming from the water inlet valve. Apparently the solenoid isn't turning on the valve to run the water. I still don't have any water coming into the ice maker or into the front water dispensor. I have water coming to the water inlet valve, but nothing from there on. Can someone please help me?

I replaced the water inlet valve and was getting water dispensed through the door rather than into the ice maker. I think I may have attached the hoses in the wrong order. Can you tell me the correct order of the hoses? The green and yellow are marked. The other two are clear and brownish looking, which one goes in the front (when installed) and which goes in the back (furthest inside the refrigerator). I have tried both configurations and am now not getting water to the ice maker. Thank you

My ice maker was working fine until I had to shut it off (by the lift arm) for a day or so. When I turned it back on, the refrigerator started making a very loud growling sort of noise and the ice maker was extremely slow to refill with water, but will eventually fill up and the noise stops. There seems to be a vibration coming from about the middle of the back of the freezer right along where the clear water line runs. I discovered that taping it with a rubber mallet I could get it to stop vibrating as well as temporarily stopping the noise. The ice maker will make and dump the ice so I don't think that's the problem. Unplugging and reconnecting the refrigerator doesn't stop the noise either. If I leave the ice maker off, the noise won't start. Also, the water comes out of the door just fine, or at least as well as it ever did. Do I need a new water inlet valve?

I bought my Frigidaire Gallery side by side about 2 years ago. A few days ago the water quit dispensing. It still makes ice, but when I go to dispense water there is a faint humming sound but no water. I do not think it is a freezing issue as I have never had food freeze where the water reservoir is located. I pulled the fridge out and when I hit the water dispense lever the water line jerks like it wants to dispense water, but no water. Just the humming sound. When I removed the pump (triple water inlet valve model no. 241734302) one of the metal bushing with the little teeth that holds the water line in was damaged. It is one of those quick release fittings as opposed to a compression nut set up. Now that line leaks. Please answer the following questions to the best of your knowledge with the information I have provided: 1.) Is my best solution to simply buy a whole new inlet valve and hope this fixes all the issues? Or can I buy a new bushing for the one that became damaged and trouble shoot for a frozen line from there. 2.) After removing the entire assembly, all the inlet valves are testing positive on a multimeter, but can one still be bad? 3.) Is it common for just the water dispenser inlet to go bad without the ice maker inlet going bad?
