There is a leak under my dishwasher. It appears to be dripping from the water inlet. We checked the connection where the water comes in but it wasn't at that point. It appears to be coming from around the top of the water inlet valve. Would replacing that be a solution?

There is a leak from the middle of the water inlet valve - looks lie where the valve body is put together (not sure if its one piiece or two halfs?) its where the metal clamp is attatched - Im guessing I should replace the valve but the dishwasher is 10 years old - would you repair it or replace the dishwasher? Im wondering as the dishwasher is showing signs of wear - the racks pop out of the wheels, etc.

Good morning. Your service desk referred you to me. I have what I hope is a small problem. I have the Kenmore 795.77563600 Refigerator and need to move it. However, it wont fit throught the door. I was able to remove the right door very simply. There is the same simple mechanism on the right door execept it has the water line for the dispenser running through it. I dont know how or where to disconnect the line so I can pull it throught the hinge. Can you help me figure that out. You dont sell a manual with this information. Additionally. I need to remove the lower door (drawer) any guidance on removing it you can provide would be appreciated. It appears that the engineers spent some time making the removable hinges easy to work so the doors come off easily. I am hoping disconnecting and reconnecting the water line also had the same ease of removal thought put into it. Thank you in advance. Mark

My dishwasher is filling up with water and it's not stopping and the water runs out of the bottom. It's like a sensor or something is not telling the water to turn off or to stop filling. Could this part (water inlet valve) be the issue? Thank you.

When the dishwasher is turned off, not running, it fills with water on its own and leaks out on to the floor. This will also happen when the main water valve to the apartment is turned off. How is this possible? Need help now !!!!!! The dishwasher is in the middle of our kitchen floor, along with the refrigerator, so the wall of the cabinet can dry.
