Top and middle wash arms are not rotating. They are clean and clear. Could it be a motor not supplying enough water pressure to move the arms? I have watched the water in the back of the machine climb and reach both access points. I have noticed a louder than usual noise in the beginning and during certain parts of the cycle, but I'm not sure if it's because I have the machine sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor now and not under the counter top where it usually is.

I recently replaced the water inlet valve because I thought that may be the reason for not filling completely. The inlet valve has good water pressure going to it. When activated there is 120 volts to the valve. The water coming out of the pressure valve seems to be low pressure and does not fill completely. The water line is clean and clear. It turns off before the dishwasher is full. The float valve works properly because I tested it. If I fill with about 1 gal. of water and then let the water valve finish the fill cycle the dishwasher runs fine. The water inlet valve turns off to soon. Is it a timed fill cycle? I have tested the fill valve manually and it takes 1.17 minutes to deliver 1 gal. of water. The water pressure coming out of the valve seems to be low. The dishwasher works fine if I fill with about one gallon of water and let the fill valve finish filling it up. I know it sounds like something may be clogged but I have checked all. Maybe the new fill valve was defective? It performs like I never replaced the fill valve. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

I have an older Frigidaire dishwasher model number DW3400P*1. This unit has sat idle for about 4 years. I recently hooked it up, it has water in the supply line right to the machine however when I turn on the washer no water is dispensed. Could this be the inlet valve?
