I have ice buildup on the floor of my refrigerator. Manually defrosted it using a hair drier and ensured the drain hole under the unit was clean. But it started icing up again after a week. I guess the defrost timer or defrost element is broken. Found them on the parts list but how do I get to them in the refrigerator (through front or back)?

No matter where you set the temp. control, it runs all the time. And it is not getting cold enough to make ice and the freezer is not very cold. Thanks

My refrigerator runs all the time no matter where I set the dial. Freezer stays really cold, but at this time does not seem to be frosting up. Have just noticed this within the last week.. Thanks
