Getting black marks on some cloths, want to take agitator to check under it? Thank you
Answer Hello Mike. You jerk upward on the agitator to remove it from the unit. You may need to use a rope under the agitator to jerk upward.
How do you remove the agitator for my washer?
Answer Hello Jojo,
The agitator on this model snaps onto the agitator coupler. If the agitator will not pop off easily by pulling straight up on it, you can try placing a small rope under it and allow it to come out from under the agitator at even points side to side and yank up on the rope.
The machine does not spin.
Answer Hello Singh. You need to check and make sure the water is draining from the unit properly. Also, blow through the pressure hose and make sure the line for the pressure hose is clear. Either will prevent the unit from going into the spin cycle.

How does the agitator come up off the shaft?
Answer Hello Mark. Remove the cap from the top of the agitator. It unsnaps off the agitator. Then remove the bolt in the center. Once removed, the agitator will lift out of the washer tub assembly.
How much up and down play on the shaft should there be? Mine moves up & down about 3/4 of an inch.
Answer Hello Tom,
There should not be any play in the agitator or the transmission shaft. If you are getting 3/4" play then check to make sure that the agitator is fully in place properly and see if transmission shaft has that much play.
