My dryer front seal keeps coming out. Had a tech replace it once now a piece is showing inside the tub. So it must be bad again. It looks like a piece of felt. Can you give me part number and any glides it runs on, numbers as well?

Answer Mark, the lower felt seal is part number WE9M30. The upper portion rides on slides, two green WE1M1067 and two white WE1M504. Thanks!

I just replace the rear bearing kit after it was squealing very bad. This has fix that issue. Now after I put everything back(no extra parts) I turned the dryer on, and all seemed fine, then after 2 min it started to make a "crunching/rubbing" sound at the same place/time every rotation. I am at a loss of what this one may be, are there guides for the front of the drum and maybe I did not get this on correctly? The crunching/rubbing sound happens after about 15 seconds of turning the dryer on now.

Answer Hello Frank. Yes, you need to remove the front panel and see if the glides are bad or came of when installing the front panel. If they are bad, you will need to replace the front bearing and the glides in the unit.

I am ordering a Dryer Drum Front Support Bearing I believe the correct part number for it is WE3M26. It says I need four Drum Slides but doesn't provide the part numbers. My slides are completely gone, so I don't know what color they were. Can you provide color, quantity and part numbers for the slides required for this support bearing? Thanks for your help.

There are four drum slides, two white , part # WE1M504, and two others , what is the color and part no of the other two slides?

Answer Hello Bryan. WE1M1067 is the blue slides for your model number. Yours does not use the green. It uses white and blue.

I just received the top bearing and 2 white bearing slides, but there are 4 places for slides to go. Am I missing 2 others and where do I put them? Thank you for your help.

Answer Hello Peter, You will need to order two more slides, green ones WE1M481 WE1M1067. As per GE, each model uses 2 white and 2 green. The green ones go on top, (center positions), and the white ones go to the outside positions, (far right and far left).

hello. i ordered a top bearing for my ge dryer and i also ordered 4 slides 2 grey and 2white ones. unfortunately theres no direstions on where and how to install them. any sugeations? thank you

Answer Niko, Once you have access to the front support WE3M26 (raise the top and remove the front panel), the gray colored slides will be inserted across the top portion of the support(approximately the 11 and 1 o'clock positions) and the white colored slide will be inserted on the side of the support(approximately 3 and 9 o'clock positions) there are "pins" on the support that the openings in the slides "slip" onto.
