Those are the only #'s on my washer on the board. My wife says that the start button felt funny and wont turn on the machine, however if you turn the select dial the digitial timer will light up but the start button will not turn on the machine. Then the control board will go out again and only relight up when you turn the select dial again. Should I take a chance on repacing the control board or get a new machine? We never had a problem with the washer ever over the years we used it. There is no burnt smell at all however there is a slight flash stain on the board where it looks like something blew out? Cheaper replacing the board for sure. Just replaced my fridge and oven control boards could this be strike three? thanks Pete

The knob (#19 on the parts list) does not seem to connect to the underlying part on the board that determines the wash load size. It is hard to tell if it's just the plastic sleeve on the knob that might be snapped off or what - the parts pics do not show the reverse side of the knob, just the front. The knob spins but nothing happens, the washer fills but I can not change the wash load (water amount) or reset it. I hope it's just the knob and not the board, the washer works just fine.

My GE Profile washer does not always start when the start button is pressed. If you try pressing the button repeatedly it eventually will start and run its cycles as it should. Would the problem be the start button switch? Can you just replace the switch or do you have to replace the circuit board? What part number or numbers do I need? thanks jeff

I purchased Genuine GE Washer Electronic Control Board WH12X10405, because the old Control Board was giving me problems, after installing it the machine wouldn't spin so I returned the part for another hoping the problem was in the control board. Now with the new control board, 88 and all three lights start to flash as soon as I plug it in and no options are responding. What could this be and is it possible it has something to do with the machine not going into a spin cycle from before?

I just purchased Genuine GE Washer Electronic Control Board WH12X10405, because the old Control Board was giving me problems trying to start a wash, clicking the button didn't seem to respond. Now that I have replaced the control board the start button is working however the machine just fills with water till it overflows out of the machine. Doesn't seem to matter if you have a small load or large load, the water will just keep coming, This was not an issue prior to replacing the control board. Can this be a calibration issue or perhaps an issue with the control board or other? Assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

The machine will start a wash cycle but not finish. It may stop at around 34 minutes left. I will adjust the knob to drain and rinse and it will say 9 minutes on the timer. It will pump out for 2 minutes and the timer will count down to 7 minutes then reset back to 9 minutes without ever spinning up. I am assuming this is the control board but wanted input before I ordered one. Thanks for any assistance.

I have only one wash cycle that works. It started out only one cycle didn't work, but over time the other cycles have stopped working. Do you think this could be the select cycle board.
