I have a refrigerator that gets very hot on the compressor and on the outside walls. I tried to clean the condensation coils on the back of the unit and also check the cooling fan; however, I cannot locate the condensation coils on this unit. They are usually located on the back (outside) of the unit, but the back of this unit is factory sealed and protected by a tick layer of insulation. Where can I locate such coils and cooling fan? Please advise. Eli
Answer Hello Eli,
This is an economy unit comparable to those small ones sold as college dorm room units. The condenser coils are actually inside the body of the unit and cannot be cleaned or serviced. The manufacturer did this to lower production costs. The outside walls get hot on this unit because it is trying to disperse the heat removed from inside the unit through coils that are inside the insulated walls of the unit.
I am trying to replace all the rollers and clips on my dishwasher. All the parts on the website say they are not compatible. Can you please tell me part numbers I need?
Answer Hello Judy! According to your model number the upper rack rollers that roll inside the track is part number WD12X10327 and the rollers that roll on the top/bottom of the track is part number WD12X332. The lower rack front rollers are part number WD12X271 and the rear rollers are part number WD12X10267. Each roller includes the axle. Thanks!
Are the wheels and axels for the lower dishwasher racks only available for shipment or do any retailers carry them??
Answer Andrea, we only have our stock and pricing information. You will have to contact you local retailers to verify if they stock this type of part. Thanks!
