I am trying to replace all the rollers and clips on my dishwasher. All the parts on the website say they are not compatible. Can you please tell me part numbers I need?
Answer Hello Judy! According to your model number the upper rack rollers that roll inside the track is part number WD12X10327 and the rollers that roll on the top/bottom of the track is part number WD12X332. The lower rack front rollers are part number WD12X271 and the rear rollers are part number WD12X10267. Each roller includes the axle. Thanks!
Are the wheels and axels for the lower dishwasher racks only available for shipment or do any retailers carry them??
Answer Andrea, we only have our stock and pricing information. You will have to contact you local retailers to verify if they stock this type of part. Thanks!
My hotpoint dishwaher won't start. Water came in but, nothing else happen?
Answer Hi. Find the tech sheet under the kick plate or under the timer part # WD21X10155. While the door is closed double check the incoming timer voltage is at least 117 vac. Make sure the motor gets the voltage output from the timer. Makes sure the motor wire connections are clean and tight. Ohm the motor windings at 30 ohms. Make surer they are not shorted to the motor chassis itself one at a time. Motor # WD26X10013 if bad. Dislodge any debris not allowing the chopper blade included in the pump seal and impeller kit part # WD19X10032. Thank You.
I need four wheels for the lower rack. The axles are gone as well. Is part AP4341065 what I need as a complete wheel assembly? Are there different product numbers for the front and rear wheels?
Answer Hello Andrew! Yes, there are different part numbers listed for the front or rear rollers on your model GSD2000J01BB. For the front rollers use part number WD12X271 and for the rear rollers use part number WD12X10267. Thanks!
