Does WR57X10051 replace AP3192626 (water valves)?
Answer Hello Keith! Yes, the water valve WR57X10051 can replace water valve part number WR57X10032. Thanks!
I have water for drink but the ice maker is not also making ice. In the last two day one day it made a little then the other day it made none would this be the water inlet solenoid needs replacing or it there something else wrong checked the lines and there is no blocks in the lines or frozen lines.
Answer Hello Jerry. Make sure the freezer is between 0° and 5°. You need to check and see if there is power going to the water valve when the icemaker cycles. If so, replace the water valve on the unit. If not, or the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker on the unit. Also, check and make sure the fill tube on the unit is not frozen and clogged. If so, replace the water valve and thaw out the fill tube. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
Is this valve #AP3672839 compatible with my refrigerator MODEL # TFX22KRCCWW
Yes, the water valve part number WR57X10051 is the correct water valve for your unit.
The ice flapper in the door does not close. What part or what do I need to do so that it closes.
You will want to check the lever WR2X4814 of the door to make sure that this has not broken. Also open the freezer door and take the cover of that covers the dispenser. You will want to check the delay timer WR9X268 which may not be allowing the door to close completely.
I just received part #wr57x10051 which indicates is compatable with my old part #wr57x0119 but the water line hook up is different. I have threads on my old water valve but the new one has no threads.
The actual # on my old part is wr57-x111 by ETN and the blue side is 15v and the red side is 35v. The valve I received has a 20w red and a 35w blue.
Answer Arnold, the original inlet valve has been replaced by the dual water inlet valve kit part number AP3672839 on your Kenmore refrigerator model 363.9557880. This is a compression inlet valve. Cut the retaining nuts off the existing plastic water line you have and push the end of the water line into the new valve. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
I've been trying to match up a water valve for this refrigerator, nothing seems to match up with model no. Thanks.
Answer Mark, the model seems to be missing the three digit prefix. I've located model 106.59797990. The valve for that model is part number W10408179. Please double check your appliance model number before ordering. Thanks!
