Looking for the bottom heating element for the lower oven on a GE double oven. Model number JTP28B0F1BB, but I seem to have an extra zero in my number. I bought one from another site that won't fit - don't want to do that again! Thanks!

I purchased from you on Oct. 19, 2012 a lower element for this GE oven. Last week it gave a hiss and burned out. Is it under warranty? How long are these elements under warranty? We are a retired couple, so the oven is used about 1-2 times/week. Thanks.
