Water will not dispense from the door. Cubed ice and crushed ice will dispense when buttons are pushed. The ice maker fills with water regularly and makes ice.
Answer Hello Sheila. Remove the waterline fitting at the bottom of the freezer door. Try the water then and see if it comes out there. If so, the waterline inside the door is froze. You will need to turn the unit off for about 4 hours with the doors open, to thaw this out. Hope this helps.

I have replaced the auger but I'm not sure if I reinstalled the blades in the proper order. Are the blades numbered and in what order should they be installed?
Answer Hello Len,
The crusher blades do have to be installed in a specific order with the spacers properly placed. The best indication of the proper assembly order is the parts explosion. It is always advisable to take pictures with your cell phone during the dis-assembly process to refer back to during re-assembly.
The ice dispenser when pushed to get ice, will turn, turn, turn and then drop one piece. Then again, you can push it and a whole bunch will come out. Do I need to replace the auger?
You will want to check the auger on the ice bin and look for it to be broken. Also check the crusher housing cover which is located at the front of the Auger before you get to the blades.

I have replaced the auger, but now the crusher doesn't crush all of the ice, I get some cubes mixed in. Can you tell me the order of the numbers on the blades of the crusher?
Not sure what numbers are on your particular model but the blades may have a 1, 2, or 3 or 7, 8, 9. The blades will go in numeric order where the first blade on is the 1 or 7, second blade 2 or 8 and last blade to go on 3 or 9.
