I have a super old GE P7 I believe from the 70's. Model number JM9705AV. Is this the correct element for that model? Also, my old element actually sparked and melted a little. Once I checked it out, it cracked in pieces. Should I have any other concerns about the electric or is that typical for a old element?

I would like to try and replace the heating element in my electric range but I am unable to find this model number on your site. The serial number is LH262566Q or O. If this helps. Oven only barely heats. Don't know what part to order. With Thanksgiving around the corner I need my oven. Thank you.

I have an older GE wall double oven unit. The bake element in the upper oven is not working. I looked up parts, but they don't find my model number. I saw the part no. AP2031031. It looks like my element and the measurements match. Do you think this is the right one? Thanks, Bonnie D.
