Stove top seems to be okay. When running, the boiler emits a gas odor but burns. The regular oven is difficult to get started. Heat is not consistent. Seems to start only when stove top is on. Could this be the regulator?

I'm getting very little gas in all four burners. I think it's a bad regulator. The old one is a Maxitrol and has the numbers 9507 107. It has a red dot on it. I have a picture of it and would be glad to send it to help identify. Just need to know what to buy to replace. Thank you, Robert Smith

Cooktop is taking a relatively long time (~30 sec) for gas to start flowing so the burner(s) light. Any suggestions on cause of problem and possible remedies?

I wish to convert this model to Lp (propane), and am confused. GE Pressure Regulator (Part Number: AP4346295) states: "Conversion to liquid propane is included." yet no orifices are shown in the product picture. I would be ok with buying the orifices, but if buying those is the pressure regulator even needed? The unit I want to convert, has the natural gas regulator included. The Item Number: AP4346295 Set for natural gas from the manufacturer Conversion to liquid propane is included. I hope I haven't confused you as well.
