I thought my bake element burned out but when I removed the element the actual wire and connector it was supposed to be attached to was damaged. I can not find where to purchase a new connector and or wire.
Answer Hello Samantha! The bake element connects to the wiring harness. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer the harness as an available item. We do, however, have high temp terminals available. You will need part number TJMA02875-1. You will need to cut and splice the wiring, part number TJMA0514G. If needed, the wire nuts are part number TJMA01165-1. Thanks!
Do you have shop at los angele Ca and phone number?
Answer Hello pauline. AppliancePartsPros is an online company only, and we do not have any local stores.
I am ordering one of these receptacles and would like to know where the wires connect to on my model. Can you please provide installation help?
Answer Israel, This part is a top burner element receptacle kit. If the wires are long enough to reach the burner element infinite switch the wires will attach to the H1 and H2 terminals on the switch. If the wires don't reach, in most cases you will cut the existing wires, cut the new wires and strip and splice them together using porcelain high temperature wire nuts TJMA01166-1 and electrical tape. Good Luck and Thanks
Do I cut the wires?
Answer Hello Vin. If there is no terminals on the wires, you will need to cut them and spice the new receptacle WB2X8228 into the wires with ceramic wire nuts 83488. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Barb! The receptacle used on your GE model JBP26G0H3AD is part number WB17X5113. Thanks!
