Hi, I am looking for the upper rack clip for this diswasher. I do not need all of the rollers. Do you sell it? If not, does the upper dishrack roller kit Part AP2039174 include this clip? Thanks

Answer Judy, Sorry, but not really. Apair of needle nose pliers and a wrag will come in handy. You want to make sure that the retainer clips on the stud are tightly "snapped" and "locked" in place on the wrungs of the rack. Once aligned and set in place use the wrag to cover the wrung so you don't damage it, and use the pliers to lock the stud clip on the wrung.
The wheels came off my lower rack. Can I simply purchase four of these to reinstall my wheels on the lower rack?

how on earth do you uncrimp the metal glide to remove the old roller that has broken from the part that clips to the rack? the new part (roller and clip together)don't allow me to replace the rack clip only, which is what has broken.

Answer Cindy, You'll need a small flat blade "pocket" screwdriver to release the locking tab on the plastic end cap WD12X10304 on the rail(s) and remove them by pulling them out of the end of the rail. You can then roll the rack out of the rails and replace the roller/stud assembly. You may need to screwdriver to "unclip" the stud from the rack, and a pair of pliers will be handy when you snap the new stud assembly to the rack.

I'm trying to find out if this 4-pack will work on my dishwasher? I can tell the stud is different from the one on my washer in that each stud has a clip that connects to the upper rack. The WD12X10267 roller kit is for the lower rack rear rollers it also contains one roller and axle. The part numbers listed are the APP numbers for the OEM part, all APP parts are OEM parts. You may want to have a pair of needle nose pliers handy for properly seating and locking the clip onto the rail of the rack securely. Thanks
