I had to replace my bake element and control board when they burned out. The original control board part WB27X5579 is no longer available so I used the recommended replacement part WB27X10311. Now I get the F4 error code. I believe that the origianl15 Ohm oven sensor needs replacing with an 1100 Ohm oven sensor to work with the newer board but I don't know which one to order.

BOTH THE BAKE AND THE BROIL ELEMENTS ARE NOT WORKING. THE CONTROL PANEL WORKS FINE FOR BOTH. I TOOK OUT THE ELEMENTS AND TESTED THE VOLTAGE. I ONLY READ 120V ON ONE LEAD WITH A VOLTMETER WHEN THE UNIT WAS TURNED ON. THIS OCCURRED ON BOTH THE BAKE AND BROIL ELEMENTS. THE HOUSE CIRCUIT 240V BREAKER WORKS FINE, 120V ON EACH LEG. WOULD A DEFECTIVE TEMPERATURE SENSOR CAUSE THIS?

I have a GE double wall oven. It bakes ok, but when I try to run the self clean cycle in the top oven, I get an F-3 error code. I usually have to turn off the power to get it to shut down and let it cool. Would it be the sensor that is bad? and the number on the sensor isn't the same description when I pull up a part photo.

My problem is the convection baking temp control works fine but, the bake mode temp is low by 50 degrees. Is it the control board ? Thanks.

When the oven is on,it has a button that shows the "oven on" button is on and sometimes, the "preheated button is on". The oven may initially heat up and then drop the temperature. It has to be turned off and then back on 2-3 times, before the oven will come on. Trying to figure out if it would be cheaper to get a new oven or fix this one. It is 12 years old.

If I set the temperature to a certain temperature the oven never reaches the desired temperature. The temperature preheat light comes on even though it's not fully heated.

I get F3 error code when baking, even with the cooling fan running. I checked resistance at the terminal block on tabs 4 and 6 and got a high reading, about 1700 ohms. I now suspect the oven temperature sensor. Is that the culprit? Part no. AP2023862
