I ordered both the lower and upper dish rack for this model. The lower one went in simply and I am so pleased. However the upper came with the packing slip with description of the item as "rack kit service". In reading some answers on your website, someone mentioned a part 700 associated with the upper dish rack. The answer was "yes the rollers are included with the upper rack." Are there other parts that I should order? And what is the cone-like part that appears like it should be pushed into the rack somewhere? My model doesn't have anything like that. Please advise. Thank you!

I would like to order an upper rack that accommodates taller stemware than the rack that came with the appliance. Can you recommend an upper rack that does this? Thanks.

Hi! I received today my purchase of upper & lower GE dishwasher racks. My question is the cone included with the upper rack. Should I use this on my model? GSD2300N00WW. I am not sure if the cone was included with the old racks, I was not here when the dishwasher was originally installed. Please let me know if I am to use this Cone. Also, thanks for the fast delivery, fantastic packing, too!! The racks were so easy to install and the help-videos are Great!!

Have kenmore dw and upper rack is rusting at wheel support. Want replacement but ones i've seen are not nearly as deep as original. Original we have is lower (goes about 2" lower in the middle than where the slides attach on each side). Can't tell from your 'white on white' picture but seems like your rack is 'flat' on the bottom so would be much shallower? Ours is 6" on the slide ends and 7.5" deep in the middle. We could go deeper on the slide ends ok. We tried a sears 'equivalent' part but turned out it was only 5" deep and useless. does yours really give us 7" of usable loading space? if so that would be great.

I saw a video on how to remove the clips at the end of the rack track for the upper dishwasher rack, but I can't find it now. I have the new top rack, but can't figure out how to remove the end of the track clips to insert the new upper rack. Can you direct me to the video showing how to remove the clips? Thanks.

We ordered and received the upper dish rack for our dishwasher. Thanks. The box also included part number 618 (265D2250 or PP TF20), a cone. What is this for? Our dishwasher did not have this part on it.
