How do these clip on to the dishwasher wall?

I need the slide for the left side, Is it possible to purchase one slide or do I have to purchase slides for both sides of the dishwasher? Also, do you get all the hardware to install the slide? Thank you.

Answer Hello MaryEllen! The upper rack slide is part number WD30X98. This is the slide used for both the left or right side, you will need to purchase the qty needed for your appliance that is defective. The manufacturer does not offer the hardware as an available part for purchase. This may be something you have to obtain from a local home hardware store. Thanks!
The AP2040347 has broken causing the rack slide to twist. If I replace just the AP2040347, will this stop the slide from twisting or are new slides stronger/better quality than the original?

Answer This is a single slide. The matching cap to this slide is WD12X10304, this comes one per package. The matching track rollers are WD12X332, which includes the screw and is also one per package.
