The washer does not stop filling with water and overflows. What parts would be needed to fix this?
Answer Hello Lori. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.
Washer drains but wont go into spin cycle all the time if you restart the whole cycle then it spins doesent matter what settings you use on the panel.
You will want to check the pressure dome hose to make sure that it does not clog or kink. If this checks ok then it sounds like the water level switch WH12X10065 is not resetting.
Does not drain completely and will not go into spin cycle. When I place knob in spin cycle and pullout I get a buzzing noise. Thank you for any help.
Answer Hello George. You need to check and make sure the pump is not clogged or the drain hose. If not, you will need to order and replace the pump on the unit.
