Is it common for water to sit on the bottom of the unit after wash cycle is complete? Does not look like the water is draining all the way out. After a few days the water starts to smell.

Answer Hello Curtis. No, the water should drain from the washer. Check for clogs or a bad pump on the unit.

I have purchased the LG dishwasher from Best Buy. it was missing the bracket to install the dishwasher under the counter> could you please provide the part number for this piece? Also, the front panel is dinged. Could you please let provide the panel number as well?

My dishwasher only washes the dishes if after the cycle begins I add an additional 1.5 litres of water. The water pressure coming into the dishwasher is fine. It appears to me like at the beginning of each cycle just after the water has stopped coming in, there seems to be about 10 seconds where water is being pumped out the drain. Not sure if that's an issue.

Answer Hello Brian. If the unit is not letting in enough water, you will need to replace the water valve AJU33450701 in the unit. It is bad and is not letting enough water come through.

I need the part number for the door cable (a nylon cord that has plastic ends) that attaches to the hinge to keep the door from falling. I could not find it in the parts area. The Assm AP4438292 has cords without ends from what I can see. Thank you.
