Answer Hello DS, This water line would be the 5/16" tubing 5210JA3004K that would go from the water valve to the connector.

I pulled out the water hose from the left side of the connector to take off freezer door. When I re-installed the door, I pushed in the hose on the left side of connector with bushing and clip, but water leaks from it. Is there any other way of connecting the hose, or do I have to buy a new connector? If I do have to buy a new connector, do I cut the old one off and push in the hoses on both sides, and then press in the white bushing and put the clip in?

Answer Hello Don. There is no need to cut the line. Just order a new connector 4932JA3012C. remove the black locking tabs on the connector and press in on the fitting and remove the old connector from the lines. Then remove the clips on the new connector 4932JA3012C and press it onto the water tube.

Answer Hello Paul. You can use a hair dryer and run it up and down the door, or the best way is to remove the food from the unit and open the doors and turn the unit off for 6 to 8 hours and let it thaw out. Hope this helps.

Can the connector (mech)tube get clogged and stop up the water from dispensing through the door? If so, what is the best way to clean it out? Everything else seems to be working properly and sometimes water makes it through. (ice, water to refrig., filter)

I disconnected the LG Connector(mech)tube by pulling it apart, I fitted the tube together but now it leaks, do I need to buy a new one and how do I re-assemble it?
