Water not draining from tub and got the OE Code. Pump does not sound good so I believe it is bad. However, I did check the filter first. When I tried to drain the water with the small tube by the filter I could not get any water to drain out of it. Could this mean I need the whole pump assembly or should I just get the motor?

Hi, my pump motor went bad like three years ago and got the replacement from you. Two days ago the machine stop in the middle of the cycle with clothes in it and was full of water, I took out the clothes and emptied the water from the machine with a bucket. The problem now is that the machine doesn't have any power at all, will changing the pump again restore the power or something else is wrong. Thanks for your help

I need to replace the drain hose in my LG washer. I have followed the video on how to disassemble the washer but I can't get the top off. It won't slide back to lift up. It seems to be stuck. I have unscrewed all the screws. How do I get it unstuck?

I ran it 4 or 5 time to try to figure it out why it wouldn't do the spin cycle. We had an error: OE . Sounds like the drain pump. Now when you push the start button, the control panel won't even light up. There is power to the unit. I plan on taking it apart, is there a possible fuse burned out? Any suggestions? Thanks, phil
