Answer Hello Tom, This unit does not have a condensate pan heater. The unit uses the condenser fan and heat from the condenser and compressor to evaporate the water after the defrost cycle. On the lighting issue I would test the light switch 6600JB3007A to see if it is working properly. If it is the freezer light switch 6600JB1010A. Using a multi-meter you would go across the leads to check to make sure you have continuity when open. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Sal. No, there is no fuse. Just sensors and the heater. If there is no power out of the board, you will need to replace the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
