Hi I have an lg tromm model # wm2016cw. I was told it needed a new washer drain pump motor. But the individual that came too look at them ended up taking more than just the motor pump and of course no where to be found or contacted. So I am needing all the parts connected to it. I was told from Sears that it requires to motors is this correct? Also I have found all the parts connected possibly but was wondering if you could tell me if these were the right part numbers for my unit. Lg washer drain pump assembly 4681ea2001C, 4681ea2001D, 3108er1001A. Please and thank you.

On this LG model washer do I use the 4681EA1007G pump? From what I've read if my washer won't drain, the pump is bad. The other issue I have is it will not spin; but I am wondering if that has to do with the water level in the tub preventing it from going ino spin mode? Also, I notice you have the video for the Kenmore, but how do I get to the pump on the LG?

I have been having problems with having to constantly drain the tube below every week after washing maybe 5 loads max otherwise washer will leak below and water will fill in the soap dispenser above. Is this normal for this washer or could the pump below be clogged or partially working. I took the top off and see no wetness around the intake valve or black bellows hose. I have had the large rubber seal around the door replaced recently which did have a tear. I checked the new one and do not see a tear.

I was told part number 4681EA1007G will fix my non draining/humming washer but then I cross referenced this with Sears and they say part number 4681EA1007D. According to the diagram for my washer model on this site I only have one motor pump but on Sears and another site the diagram for my washer model shows two pumps. I'm confused on which part I need. Any help is much appreciated.

Washer drains till tub is empty. The pump continues to run for 5-10 minutes then gives "OE" error. I've cleaned all hoses and taken apart pump and cleaned. Is there a switch or something that tells the pump to shut off once water is gone?

I was sent a motor assemble AC pump, but it does not fit in the casing that the old part came out of. It seems to be 1/2 - 3/4" too thick to fit in the case. Any suggestions?
