I have a wm1814 lg front load washer. The wash will go through the cycle but at the spin cycle water drains fine and the drum spins just not on high speed to pull out the rest of the water. The UE message come on and I have tried reloading small/big/empty loads. Same result cloths unspun and full of water. thanks. Tom

I bought this sensor from u a few days ago (Order Number: 3741465), and I'm trying to install it. I removed the back panel, and then removed the large bolt from the middle of the drum. But I CANNOT get the back of the drum/motor off. Is there something else holding it on?? From the back, there doesn't appear to be anything else, and from reading on the internet, it should just pull right off, right? thank u 4 the help

I have an LE Error Code on my Washer and need to know the correct Ohm reading (maybe 10,000 or 10k) that I should get on the RPS/Hall Sensor Assy. (include which 2 wire's/pin's to check with Multimeter). I have a Service Manual but it doesn't list a wiring diagram to check for resistance/voltage. With Power ON, I get 10 DCV on the White & Gray Wire's (on the RPS harness connected to Main Power Board) but I only get between 4-5 DCV on the Blue & Gray and Red & Gray wire's while slowly rotating the drum both direction's (CW & CCW).

Washer stops after rinse cycle, pumps water out of washer, but will not begin spin cycle. Time left on rinse and spin cycle usually around 13. An OE message occurs after some time. Checked for clogged filter and bent hose, both ok. What else could be the problem?

i receive the LE error code on my front load, have cleaned the filter (bottom left facing), also the drum rotates both directions by had with no resistance felt. The washer will not go into full spin cycle, I have tried to perform the quick cycle (med speed) only to have the washer sound like it engages but does not rotate right away, as a matter of fact it only rotates counterclockwise and makes a sorta growling noise (not metal on metal but not normal sound) and does not rotate at all clockwise, at min 12 on a 14 min spin cycle it stops beeps and gives me the LE code. It happened with a load of clothes which I had to drain and pull out without having it complete a spin cycle. the "quick spin" was completed with an empty washer. I have also spun the drum clockwise and counter clockwise 4x's each way and unplugged the washer from the wall for 10+ min. Any help or direction with this would be great. Justin

The washer does wash but at the end it won't go into the high speed spin. It just keeps rotating in one direction for a few seconds and starts to drain, then rotates the opposite direction for a few seconds. It just keeps doing this and won't stop until it gives the UE fault code. Can this be a bad speed sensor on the stator assembly?

After loading the washer and starting a wash cycle, it will lock the front door and (normally) the washer will briefly spin the drum, stop, and the cycle will continue from that point. The problem is that the washer does not start spinning the drum at start-up and there is no activity for a minute or two and then shows an LE code. The drum does not spin on its own at all but it can be turned by hand smoothly with almost no resistance. I believe the problem is the sensor. Am I on the right track?

I just replaced the stator motor and hall sensor on my washer after finding that one of the pins on the sensor would not ohm out with the other three pins. No change in the washer. It tries to spin but the motor only grabs and locks for a sec before giving up . No cracks in magnets and harnesses ohm out back to the main board. Now what? Is it possible that the board is bad? Maybe I am reading the wrong pins or something. There was mild rust on the motor from an earlier leak and two spots inside on the drum magnets. Any thoughts?

Washer is filled with water, it starts and runs for less that a minute and then tries to turn the drum but no luck. It tries a second and 3rd time, then errors out to LE code. Motor is not hot. I tried turning the motor by hand while the above stalled condition, and only feels like a large magnet. It has a grip on the rotating parts. Will this sensor assembly help? will this sensor assemply help I tried turning the motor by hand whle the above stalled condition only feels like a large magnet has a grip on the rotating parts. will this sensor assemply help
