My LG dehumidifier seem to be running continuously. I run the unit in a preset percentage of 70, and even when the room humidity is lower than this, it remains running and does not cycle on and off as it used to. Otherwise, the unit seems to be working properly.

The unit runs constantly. When I turn the Humidity Control Knob all the way down it goes off. When I turn it back on even at the lowest setting it comes on and stays on. It is not damp in the room. Is there any way to determine which part needs replacing? Thank you

When I turn on my dehumidifier the compressor starts but the fan never comes on and after a few seconds it shuts off and never starts again. Would this be the sensor assy , part #AP5630247?

I have an LG LHD65EL Dehumidifier. When I turn it on, I can hear the compressor kick in and the fan spins on low or high (whichever I choose). However, the coils do not get cool and it does not collect water. Please help in diagnosing this repair. Thank You

My Zenith Dehumidifier (ZD300Y0) initially worked for several seconds with a sensor reading of 70% before registering 1% then turning off. After using an air compressor to dry the unit off it now goes directly to 1% and shuts off immediately when attempting to turning the power on. Can you confirm that the humidity sensor ( LG 6877A30013V) is the issue? If so could you please provided directions on replacing this part? Thanks, Joe
